$53.00 to install rear axle bump stops that were already removed and the truck was already in the air for an oil change is ridiculous. I have been having Faulkner Chevy remove and install sitting oil changes for a few years and was never charged a dime.

I had my car in two weeks ago for new rear brakes and a vibration noise. The services were completed and I spent almost $2k. The vibration noise was still happening so I took it back and they found a different issue. Everyone is very nice from the tech to the service advisor. And because I had replaced a part that ended up not taking care of the issue they offered to offset the cost for the additional repair needed. While I can't afford to fix it right now, they made notes and will honor the price when the time comes to finally get this taken care of!

I took my corvette in to get inspected. I informed them that the check engine light was on. The car has a Borla exhaust system. I was informed that the CEL was for the driver side, forward actuator or valve. I was informed the I needed an entirely new exhaust system. Then I was informed of these codes, P12EF and P12FO. I was informed that the valves were stuck. I was informed that they called Borla, and I was informed Borla does not sell parts. I called Borla and explained the situation. Borla informed me they do sell parts. Both pipes to fix the problem were shipped to Kinley. After the pipes were installed, I was informed that the valves in the exhaust tips were not working. I was informed I needed both new mufflers because the tips were part of the mufflers. I called Borla again. Borla said the tips with the valves are not part of the mufflers and can be purchased separately. I informed Kinley that I just want the car back. They inspected it and it was noted on the bill that the valves in the tips are not working. I will not be going back to Kinley.

Did not clean up after work done. Could not figure out steering column noise complaint. Nothing was done. I have provided multiple complaints about radio system locking up / not working at all. Again, could not be duplicated in shop so nothing was done.

Appt was changed from 7:30 am to 8:30 am . I made it clear I would be waiting for the car since it was only a quick oil change . I was waiting 1hour and 30 minutes for this service to be complete . We’re happy with our vehicle which we bought from Kinsley but unhappy with the service . This was not the first time the service was poor. We will most likely go back to Interstate for our service needs . Bill Mitchell
